The residential section LEGEND. – a unique location just at the center of Jurmala Golden Mile, at 17 Bulduru Boulevard and infrastructure of an unprecedented level for the residents – a private beach, SPA complex with a swimming-pool, bathhouses, procedure rooms, fitness gym and yoga gym, restaurant, beauty salon, underground parking lots, etc.

“Vincents” developed interior concepts for two buildings - Villa Hepburn and Villai Dierich which have obtained their names due to their unique style. An ideal balance between the modern and classic style has been obtained in the interior. The use of exclusive materials and well-considered range of colours express confidence and sense of luxury.
