A living room, dining-hall with kitchen and 2 auxiliary premises are included on the first floor – total area 79.05 m². An exit to a wide terrace the area of which is 56.66 m² leads from the living area.
This house designed by Vincents Architecture is special due to the fact that the premises are designed in four levels and each level has its functional significance, they are as follows – a basement, 1st floor, 2nd floor and a constructed roof floor.
This house created by the architects of Vincents is planned in such a way - 217 m² are provided for internal premises while 54.40 m² are occupied by terraces.
