Four buildings facing towards east and west are like a bond with four pavilions of Riga's Central Market.

A six-storey building with 10 flats as well as offices and administration facilities on the ground floor, is erected on the relatively small 470 m² site.

With all of this exquisite simplicity - the pool, jacuzzi and Turkish baths sparkle in real gold - a 24-carat gold leaf mosaic combined with dark green nacre.

The court is spanned by a shed roof structure, allowing the diffuse north light to enter the hall so that during the tennis game there would always be a smooth supply of light - nor shadows or direct sunlight.

The building structures integrated into the cross-wall construction have been fitted with differently designed balcony zones facing towards the east and the west, with ceiling-high glass facades that provide a high level of transparency.

At the end of 2010, Vincent in cooperation with "Generalplanungsgesellschaft" and "Gianni Botsford Architects" participated in the reconstruction and annex project tender, where the project was highly appreciated and evaluated, as well as the promotional premium was awarded.
