The team of “Vincents Arhitekti” has managed to make an excellent start in an open sketch competition for the fifth time already – the highest place was obtained in the competition “DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT OF THE COASTAL AREAS OF THE RIGHT BANK OF DAUGAVA WITHIN THE TERRITORY OF DAUGAVPILS CITY”.

The project is very important for development of the second largest city of Latvia. The new river park will form the new face of Daugavpils by offering wide rest and culture opportunities for the residents of the city and guests by combining Daugavpils Fortress with M. Rothko Museum and other parts of the city in a united network.
