The design of Vincents Architecture “Miera ielas Pērle” (“The Pearl of Miera Street”) represents the basic architectural principles of the 21st century and the creative identity of the section of Miera Street.

The main principles of the design.

Simplicity. The basis of the architectural solution is elegant simplicity and structural clarity.
Structural order. The basis of the structural order of the design is functionality of the building and aesthetic qualities. The building volume of the new building is organized by a geometric network 4.2 x 4.2 m allowing to use the existing land plot as rationally as possible by implementing the programme specified by the customer.
Versatility and unity. The facades and layout of the buildings have geometric unity which is the result of the dialogue with the existing site context and identity. Versatility is provided by such different functional and decorative elements as bays, balconies, terraces, lamellas and window division.
Individuality. The Pearl project of Miera Street maintains the nature of the street building which manifests itself in the building regularity and rationality of the functionalism style of the '30s. At the same time the aesthetic solution of the design, decorative elements of the facade, used finishing materials and layout respect the new creative identity of the section.
