The project is very important for development of the second largest city of Latvia. The new River Park will form the new face of Daugavpils by offering wide range of leisure and culture opportunities for the residents and guests of the city by connecting Daugavpils Fortress with M. Rothko Museum and other parts of the city in a united network.
