Villa in Kapu Street
Jurmala, 2013-2019

An exquisite balance between historical and contemporary style has been adjusted in the redevelopment and construction project of this private villa. The interior design is addressed in a modern language but enough reserved to avoid suppressing the historical aura of the building.

The indoor focus is on the spectacular metal spiral staircase with a particularly matched ceiling lamp. On the ground floor and in the guest area, the floor is covered by cool-gray natural marble tiles.

The kitchen nowadays becomes a place not only for cooking, but also for spending time with family and guests. In the kitchen of the Bulthaup b3 series, every nuance and ergonomics are thought through to the smallest detail, so that each thing has its own place and the overall impression is light, moderate and lasting.

Plumbing has been chosen as the main artistic accent in the villa's bathrooms. It changes the nature of the room from functional space to the emotional center of the house, becoming a dynamic and revitalizing environment dedicated to the well-being of its owner.
